Massage is one of the oldest methods of healing. Many different types of massage are available at all about health & wellness, including:

Aromatherapy

The use of specific aromatherapy oils in massage relaxes the nervous system that in turn promotes healing in other systems such as immune and digestive systems.

Overall it creates a heavenly relaxing atmosphere to while away those aches and pains.

Sports massage

Focusing on tight muscles or injuries in sports people or athletes. Improves performance, reduces "down time" and helps get you back into your game sooner.

Pregnancy Massage

Relaxes and eases the discomfort of low back ache, heavy legs, swollen feet and other symptoms specifically experienced during pregnancy.

Deep tissue massage

Massage deep into the muscle body to release stored tension and toxins. Pressure/trigger points are used to help restore the muscle to full strength.

Reflexology

The treatment begins with the application of specific pressure to each part of the foot. The treatment is very gentle and should not cause discomfort. At the end of the treatment your therapist will have identified areas of concern in your body, a tailored treatment plan will then be put in place for you.
