I entered the health industry as a nurse and gained my RN (Registered Nurse) at Wellington Hospital in the 1970's.

My passion for natural therapies began while searching for answers to my own health issues. In the 1980's I was living in Europe as a professional squash player, playing hard, and living hard. I suffered post viral fatigue and subsequent food intolerances. This drove me to study naturopathy (natural health) in Australia, to find answers to my chronic poor health.
